Saim Chaudhary’s professional career began at Uber Pakistan in 2017, where he held multiple roles, including Product Operations Manager for UberAuto and Operations Coordinator for Driver Channels. He helped scale operations across major cities and contributed significantly to product localization and supply chain development.
In 2020, he joined Trella, a digital freight marketplace, first in Saudi Arabia and later leading the launch of operations in Pakistan. As Country Launch Manager, he established Trella’s presence across the Gulf and Pakistan, overseeing licensing, team recruitment, P&L management, and sales strategy. Under his leadership, Trella Pakistan achieved $9 million in annualized gross bookings.
Since 2022, Saim Chaudhary has been at Taptap Send, where he initially served as Country Manager for Pakistan. He expanded into managing the Philippines corridor and was eventually promoted. As Regional General Manager, Saim Chaudhary oversees growth marketing, pricing, and bank partnerships for five countries in South Asia, managing a U.S. corridor with a $24 billion total addressable market.
His work has helped scale Taptap Send’s global remittance volume to over $10 billion annually, with a 72% user growth in the U.S. corridor alone. These achievements underscore the capacity Saim Chaudhary has exhibited to deliver both scale and localized execution.
